The My AXA App offers you a wide range of services, benefits, and information related to your insurance policies.

Key features of the My AXA App include:

• View all your insurance policies anytime, anywhere
• Conveniently update your personal details, such as address, phone number, or bank information
• Upload your medical bills directly
• Easily report your damages with reports and photos, and track the claim status
• Receive your mail digitally and communicate securely with AXA
• Have important contact details always at hand in case of emergencies
• Contact your servicing agency

To make use of the My AXA App:

If you haven't used the My AXA App or the My AXA Portal (www.myaxa.de) before, you can simply register in the app. Alternatively, you can sign in directly with your username and password. For the initial login, you'll need the activation code sent to you by mail upon registration. If you no longer have the code, you can request a new one in the app or here.

Enhanced security for your data:

To ensure that only you have access to your personal information, the My AXA App will always prompt you to enter a six-digit PIN code that you create yourself, or to use your fingerprint or face recognition. For security reasons, the My AXA App cannot run on rooted devices.
